Graphic design and preparations
Petra, our graphic designer takes care of everything before painting, and delivers you several varied and unique models. After validation, there starts the preparation of stencils and technical markings using a plotter and a special sticker printer. These systems guarantee the perfect symmetry of the design on each side of the aircraft.
Disassembly and reassembly
(mechanical subcontracting)
The mechanical part is obligatorily subcontracted by various companies according to the type of aircraft. Our heated and well lit workshops with elevators are made available to the mechanicals.
Pickling
New generation chemical pickling (Socostripe), cleaning by hand with sawdust, and finish by aero-scrubbing with Type V plastic media.
Surface preparation
Using lightened and flexibilized bi-component mastics on primer.
Anti-corrosion primer
Bi-component Epoxy primer with strontium or Wash-Primer plus primer-polyurethane.
Painting
Heated and air-filtered painting booth, equipped with elevators.
Coating
Top-quality finish in double coating, steamed at 50°C.
Certifications, references
Our laboratory is equipped with shelves for automatic mixing of paint cans. Record of hygrometry, temperature, expiry date and reference number of all used products.
